·         Completed 8 marathons, including: Camp LeJeune Marine Corps Marathon (NC) - 2000; Kiawah Island Marathon (SC) - 2000; Myrtle Beach Marathon (SC) - 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005; Marine Corps Marathon (Washington, D.C.) – 2004; and DuPont Forest Trail Marathon (NC) – 2007.  Personal best marathon time of 4:19 at Myrtle Beach Marathon in 2005. 

·         Completed several half-marathons, including the Tybee Island Half-Marathon (GA) – 2000; and the Governor’s Cup Half-Marathon (SC) – 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2007.  Personal best half-marathon time of 1:53 at Governor’s Cup Half-Marathon in 2004. 

·         Completed the United States Marine Corps Ultimate Challenge Mud Run (4.2 mile obstacle course) in Columbia, SC in 2004, 2005, and 2006.

·         Completed the Cooper River Bridge 10-K Run (SC) in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. 

·         Completed numerous 5-K and 10-K races in South Carolina, placing in the top 3 in my age group on most occasions.  Personal best 10-K time of 49:00; Personal best 5-K time of 23:19.

Started Crossfit in September 2007, However I was no stronger to physical activity, but when Crossfit was introduced to me I realized the real meaning of  Fitness! With the education of controlled Dieting and intense workouts that Crossfit provides has allowed me to lose 120lbs! While having a better feeling of life. The benifits of Crossfit has given me self confidence, Higher self -esteem and a normal Blood Pressure. I am now a level 1 Crossfit trainer!
