· Completed numerous 5-K and 10-K races in South Carolina, placing in the top 3 in my age group on most occasions. Personal best 10-K time of 49:00; Personal best 5-K time of 23:19.

Started Crossfit in September 2007, However I was no stronger to physical activity, but when Crossfit was introduced to me I realized the real meaning of Fitness! With the education of controlled Dieting and intense workouts that Crossfit provides has allowed me to lose 120lbs! While having a better feeling of life. The benifits of Crossfit has given me self confidence, Higher self -esteem and a normal Blood Pressure. I am now a level 1 Crossfit trainer!
