One of the best things about CrossFit…THAT THERE IS NO IMPOSSIBLE. Everything is scalable. What does that mean? It means you should never fear a workout, instead, you should believe in what you can achieve and make possible. Everyday brings a new challenge and the opportunity to accomplish something for the first time. Attack the WOD and make it happen. We all work at our own levels and whether or not you need to modify the rope climb, the wall ball, or the ring dips, at the end of the day, you can say to yourself, “I DID THAT!” And through it all, you’ll have the rest of the gym pulling for you no matter what.

There will be a fundamentals class this Saturday from 11:00 to 1:00. If you are interested in attending email Bobbi @ bobbi.millsaps@gmail.com. The cost to attend is $75 and is required for all new members at Carolina CrossFit. If you have not attended a fundamentals class yet, you need to do so. You may also sign up at the gym.

6amers ROCKED THE HOUSE this morning! Shoot – i even witnessed the current CCF GQ (Sanders) shimmy up the rope a few times! Great effort.
Welcome back Leslie! Great job Amanda – first time with wall balls and modified ring dips!
LV leads the way with a time of 12:49 – AND he didn’t use his legs on any of the rope climbs!
As for me – my shoulders are ROCKED~! gonna get some ice on them today!

damn – I made my first actual rope climb (non-mod) today – that is one climb out of the 10 with other 9 as mod – wish that was the picture – great workout! go xfit!
I’ll be in for 5:30 too, this workout looks too long and sweaty for lunchtime, plus I’m stalking Aaron. Watch out Shatika, Kelli and Dawn, I’m catching up to you!!!!!!
