<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Something other members wouldn’t know about  you:</span> I am a huge music fan and have been playing guitar for about 7 years.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Biggest accomplishment you think can be  attributed to CrossFit:</span> learning how to push myself to the edge mentally/physically. I will  have to give some of that credit to Paul, because for some reason when  he yells at me I always want to keep going! In general though, I am  doing things I never thought I could do from crossfit.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Biggest accomplishment you think can be  attributed to CrossFit:</span> How much room do I  have? I&#8217;ve lost 40 pounds, and went from a body fat percentage of over  30 to 14.6 (and getting better ). Resting Heart rate change from 92BPM  to 64BPM.</p>

<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Biggest accomplishment you think can be  attributed to CrossFit:</span> An overall happiness  and fitness level. I was missing an athletic outlet after being done with baseball. I became severely out  of shape and pretty unhappy in general. And then I ran into Paul after I  had just polished off a plate of cheese fries at Outback and was outside smoking a cig and drinking a beer. I also was a svelte 260 lbs. (sexy!). The first day I  came in and got my ass handed to me knew I was home! The people there are  inspiring, available to help me, and able to let me help when I can. I thank you  all and Love Crossfit! <strong>Oh yeah, I now weigh  213lbs and am stronger than I ever was in college!!!!!</strong></p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Favorite WOD:</span> anything moving  weight. I really like 1RM days!</p>

<p>Also, I took 2 years out of  my life after high school to do a service mission for my church in  Southern California where I learned to speak Spanish.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Biggest accomplishment you think can be  attributed to CrossFit:</span> <span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Knowledge  and the ability to correctly share that knowledge with others.  I get  fired up every time a client has that &#8220;Ah Hah!&#8221; moment and starts to  really understand the technique or purpose behind the things we teach.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Favorite WOD:</span> <span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Anything with Olympic lifts</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Least favorite WOD:</span> <span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Any WOD that takes longer than 30min (Murph, Eva,  and the like)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;">What do you do outside of CrossFit:</span> <span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Spend time chasing the kids,  camping, home and car repairs, and just being lazy.  Life has become too  fast paced.  I love just hanging out with family and friends.</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Biggest  accomplishment you think can be attributed to CrossFit:</span> </strong>I still participate in endurance events and my  times have improved, even at a higher body weight (more muscle mass and  strength) and with little &#8220;endurance&#8221; training.</p>
