So i guess it’s going to be REAL hot by the time I get to run! or should I say a jog/walk. This one is going to take me a while!! I think PB should do this one with me. Not as his main workout, but just to keep me company!

Jim, great to have you back, wish you would have brought my girls back with you so i could visit with them. :-)

    Have a great day!

Supposed to do body fat thing in 40 minutes…I’m 50 miles away, on my way. I’m trying my best…

  8. Spigner says:

    Good to see Jim!!

It’s official, I no longer can keep up with the rest of the gang!! Struggled today, but was determined to finish. So it’s no longer about pushing myself for time for me, it’s about finishing and getting healthy. Not that I really competed anyway, but it’s always good to have some competition to motivate you. I guess it depends on your mind frame and what your goals are for yourself. Everyone is different…….have different needs, reasons, and goals. So as long as you’re true to yourself, then you have no need to explain yourself to others about how you do, what you’re goals are, etc….Now if you want to share them, that’s great…..each to his own!

Also, thanks to Joyce for pushing me yesterday and Ashley B. for going the last round with me. Along with Kevin Hoover that thought 3 rounds weren’t enough, he would do more! Love you Kevin and I’m impressed, especially since you hate running. Hope I’m forgiven!

Have a good evening and I guess I will see everyone tomorrow in the afternoon. I hope it doesn’t involve a lot of rowing or running. Not sure I could do one more day of that and be able to move! LOL

I HATE 800′s….I hate ‘em, I hate ‘em. But, what doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger. Well, Michael didn’t kill me today so we’ll see if he made me stronger.

Great 12:00 group today….it sure is GREAT to be back!!

Can’t wait to see what’s in store for tomorrow!

  11. garris says:

Everybody remember when wod’s were posted and the top 5 was updated at least once a month??? Bobbi leaves us for a few days and everything falls apart

  12. Dorothy says:

Garris, I would hardly say things fell apart! Things have been running smoothly and WOD’s have been posted daily. Top 5…..is important for those who want to compete, but it’s not important to everyone. So…..again I guess it’s your goals here at CCF that makes things important to you. You are a competitor and enjoy that…..there is nothing wrong with that.
