Ahh, the joys of Digital Coaching.  It’s awesome because it allows the athlete to see areas where they need to work on technique.  In this video of Tammy performing a Snatch, what coaching points would you give her?  What is blunting her capacity with this lift?  I will say that she is one strong chick, but her fault in this lift is something we see everyone do.  What is it????

    thanks karen and bobbi!
    i’ll go first…it’s something that’s bugged me everytime i’ve watched this video. my butt’s too high at the beginning of the lift therefore, compromising my lumbar curve. i love the digital coaching! i’m a very visual learner. thank you so much coaches and friends at CCF!!!

      Helf–
      Its off to the side…can’t put it on the tape for the virgin eyes. What would christian think? And…its not lady-like to grunt!

    This morning I was complaining about how sore my quads are from 360 airsquats yesterday (wrong muscle group to be sore by the way) and thought “Hey I bet tomorrow will be heavy squats!”. Sometimes I truely do not enjoy being right, this afternoon should be interesting…
    By the way has anyone tried this weeks challenge?

    6am you guys did well today, lots of PR’s. Lara got 190 x 3 with a super legit below parellel squat and she did a solid Cindy yesterday. I think we got PR’s from Chuck, Angie, Sanders, Austin, Monroe and some others. Good job lifting smart&hard and spotting each other.
