Olympic Lifter from the Chinese National Team performing a 140kg (308lbs) Hang Snatch.  It is estimated that the lifter weighs a little over 140lbs.  Holy cow!

    Looking to keep up with old Matt S. on this one tomorrow, should be fun after a week off for recovery.

    On a completely unrelated note, I’m super stoked that today I ran my best 3 mile PFT time ever at 20:59! This is almost one minute faster than my previous best, which was run about 2 months ago. I think there may actually be some merit to working mainly on stride and being comfortable as that is about all I’ve done running wise between the two tests.

    Feels great when you see the effects of training in a situation like your PFT. I have seen my run times improve also from crossfit. Mine did not improve as much as yours have but thats ok. Great job on your PFT.
