Congrats to Margaret Riley for making the Main CrossFit Kids Page! Margaret Riley is a great little athlete and possesses some of the more difficult of the 10 General Physical Skills like Coordination, Balance, and Flexibility. Most kids possess or can easily develop the majority of the 10 General Physical Skills, but as they enter their late teens and early twenties, those skills are long gone or slipping away at a rapid pace. The goal of CrossFit is to help adults and kids alike hone and develop their capacity in all 10 areas. The methods may be different, but the goals are the same.
What are the 10 General Physical Skills? Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, & Balance. He or she who is blended best througout the 10 is the most fit.

Is the sudden cold weather keeping folks away today? Only five people showed up for the 6a.m. class this morning – but as always a great push on the WOD!
