The first week is free!

You will get a taste of what CrossFit is all about, not a sales pitch for a long term contract with up front fees and early termination fees. Our trainers are compensated for being good trainers not for being good salesmen. After the first week, you can try us out at the daily rate for as long as you want. If you like it, you can change to a month to month membership plan. If you don’t like it, you can quit anytime with no obligations, SERIOUSLY!

We have no written contracts, no up front fees.

You can quit any time, come back any time, change your membership plan at any time.

We don’t sit on machines and do isolation movements.

The exercises we use are multi-joint, core to extremity, athletic movements that require proper technique and thus they require coaching for all but the most dedicated or experienced auto didact.

You get personal training every time you come in.

All class times are posted here and are taught by a trainer certified by CrossFit.
