New to CrossFit?  Our On-Ramp program includes our Orientation and Fundamentals classes along with a full month of personalized workouts in a group setting. These classes will help you master the fundamental CrossFit movements and lifts. Read more.

Personal Training

Personal Training is a great way to have one-on-one time with a certified CrossFit trainer. Sessions may be scheduled with any  available trainers during our normal business hours.

Corporate Wellness

Corporate Wellness is scalable to every employee’s level of fitness. We specifically develop workouts to fit the needs of your company.We provide an environment that enables co-workers to develop cohesive relationships while learning to work well as a team. Read more.

Orientation Class

CrossFit can be confusing or intimidating when you first start . This class is FREE to everyone! Our goal is to help newcomers understand what CrossFit is all about, why it works and and how to get the most out of your training. Orientation classes take place every Thursday night at 5:30 p.m.
