Kettlebell Workshop This Saturday!
CCF will hold a Kettlebell Skills Class this Saturday, Feb 6. Brandon will be coaching the class and introducing the applications of kettlebells along with tons of other movements and exercises. Brandon works with Jeff Martone, CFHQ Subject Matter Expert, and will be able to break the movements down for you and teach you how to be more efficient with the kettlebell and how to do more than just a Kettlebell swing. The cost for the class is $50. Please email us if you have questions.

If your back, hammys and glutes are still sore from Wed then focus on skill transfers or work from the hang rather than ground. Most should be able to work up to a heavy single as long as the soreness doesn’t affect the range of motion.
Good job 6am, you guys help each other out a lot. I know cleans can get complicated, but when you nail one it’s like hitting a perfect golf shot only better.
Robby,
Thanks for all of your help! I love 6 AM!
This is Angie…I agree! Although, I don’t golf, so I say it’s like hitting a Grand Slam!
cool but I wouldnt know. I wasn’t working out like this in high school so I never went yard. Actually I rode the pine more often than not! Shoulda been crossfitting…
Thanks so much to Paul for taking the time to work with Michael and I and get to know us better. We missed our 6am crew but learned a lot today.
AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!! Technique must get better to move more weight!!!!
