Thanks so much Buz. I have watched so many videos about CrossFit……it’s really cool to be in one.

Brandon and others. Thanks for your kind words! This weekend was fun and filming the action is a great way to participate. I had a lot of fun and am so pleased with the responses to the video. It was good to get to know all of you a little better and I hope that I can do a bit of this in the future as well. “Sick” I have learned is high praise from Christian – I’ll take it every day a week and twice on Sunday!

God was totally watching over him last night. There is no other explanation why he was kept safe except that. :-) You guys were a huge blessing for us! I pretty much was on the verge of a panic attack, which I’ve never experienced before.

Also, thanks Mr. Buzz for all of the hardwork you did on those videos! :-) I didn’t even notice the ropes were turning during the rope climbs. That had to make it more difficult to climb too.

if your interested in purchasing a copy of the carolinacrossfit sectionals video let me know. Buz has put together a compilation DVD of our athletes. I watch it last night and it was really “SICK” as Christian would say!!

Forgot to respond to the post a few days ago regarding the nutrition challenge.
I did indeed pay the $75 and have been staying somewhat on track. I wasnt sure what Bobbi’s departure meant for the challenge. Heck I don’t even know when we started or when we “finish”.

  7. Matt S says:

So how did the open gym go today? How many people came? Anyone?

    • robby says:

9 maybe 10 including me, that’s between 430 and 530 or so. most of us worked rowing, muscleups, hspu’s, and backsquats.

    • Uncle Dan says:

Good turnout. I believe it will increase as the word gets out. It a good time for skill practice, which we all need.

  8. Brian A says:

Ten or 12 or so came in at various times. Lots of back squats, rowing and muscle ups. I saw Uncle Dan get his elbows above the rings for a muscle up, but missed it (on his birthday). I’m rooting for him big time.

    • Uncle Dan says:

Thanks for all your help and encouragement. I will get it if I live long enough.Wish I had started when I was 25.

  9. happy birthday uncle dan!!!!!
