The Top 5 is generated based on the top 5 male and female performances for the workout of the day.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard is a running All-Time Top 5. Its purpose is to keep track of Carolina CrossFit’s all-time fastest male and female performances on benchmark workouts, endurance workouts, and heaviest Olympic lifts.

Muscle Up Club

The Muscle Up Club is reserved for those who have successfully completed a muscle up.
