Congrats to Chuck, the Male winner of the Paleo Challenge! Chuck lost about 10lbs and 10% Body Fat! Great Job Chuck! Are you allowed to bicycle your legs as long as you keep them off the rope, or is this just from a deadhang?
will you can as long as you do not support brace or touch the rope UP or DOWN!
OK, going down with no feet might be a bit tricky on 30 ft ropes.
