Coach Kent of CrossFit Hickory
Don’t let the smile fool you, he is one tough guy, and yes, the tattoo is real. Now, get out there and whip him and his gym in Fight Gone Bad. Make our gym proud and raise a ton of money for a good cause. This photo alone should motivate you to win. I mean, come on. Seriously.
Today we are holding a fundraiser to help a family in need. To make something good out of a sad situation, not only are we raising money, but we are going to beat the tar out of CrossFit Hickory and Low Country CrossFit in Fight Gone Bad. We will take the total of our top 10 Males and top 10 Females for the day and match it against the other two affiliates. The winner maintains bragging rights and a nifty little trophy. Our goal as affiliates is to raise a combined total of $3,000. We need everyone’s help to do this, so if you’re planning on working out on Saturday, do it with a purpose in mind. The minimum donation to participate is $25, and of course extra donations are accepted.

Yo i knew that was the dude that had pukie tatted on his stomach I saw this ic in the journal a couple months ago. Bet the ladies love looking at that. Maybe you should find another hobby to supplement Crossfit. Looks like you have taken this one a little too far.
I tend to agree with ya Anders on this one, what kinds dude gets a tat on his belley and it looks like he has enough hair around the tat to weave a baby indian blanket……. Kent word of the day, “razor”……..
Ok, words on the street my boy B beat Cheddar Bob meaning that he owes the pot an extra 50 spot……. No worries tho- Kent as I gave Bobbi a 50 spot this morning anyway…. This was truly for a good cause and I wish him a speedy recovery. After reading his story i will def. keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
I most enjoyed our trash talking on this one tho- and can’t wait til the next!
All BS aside, I look forward to meeting Bob…….
CCF Rocks!
PS: Proud of ya B
I think the earrings and Yankees cap are also two things that merit some serious discussion.
Oh yeah, props to my homie Paul! Paul was not feeling well today as he was suffering from Rod Stewart stomach but, he sucked-it-up and pushed through and was able to post a large number…….. When I saw his eyes roll back in his head a few times I knew it was for real……. Good job Paul!!
ditto with Will’s post….
don’t forget the extra-wide goatee and shaven belly only around the tat. (even if this was taken right after he got a pukie covered belly, i bet it stays that way)
I hope a guy with a belly like that did not beat me in FGB. He is fat.
quite possibly the worst tattoo/tattoo location I have ever seen…
wow.
