    BMO was unreal in this event. I am still not sure how he put up 270 like it was nothing. He was in some sort of zone of domination.

    I was really enjoying watching this video until around the 5:14 mark when some guy popped into view wearing his xs speedo. was there a swim portion of the event that I wasn’t aware of???

    Hey guys this wod will produce a winner in each class! the winner is one who consistantly comes in first through all 16 40′s! I will keep everyone up to date once we have found the winners we will then have a race to find the WINNER! The Race will be held at the USC indoor facility.
    So far 6. am David, 8 Robert 9:30

    Also John Monroe, Crossfitter for two years has obtained his first Muscle-up!! Great Job! Big Dawg

    You guys be sure to warm up well before ever doing anything. Move those ankles, knees, elbows, wrists, and shoulders around some. I landed funny while jumping rope and I think my foot is broke(metatarsal) and my ankle is sprained. Can’t move anything now. I made an appt for tomorrow am, if nothing else atleast I’ll get some crutches and maybe some drugs. It’s been a rough year on my feet, two toes that I never got looked at plus this today.

      Dang it, man. That sucks. Here I was thinking jumping rope WAS a good, safe warm up. I hope it’s not actually broken, wuss. =)

    Hey everybody! Before you guys go and party tomorrow, you need to come into the gym. It’s a benchmark/test day. We’re gonna be measuring and timing 4 different tasks or exercises. Get it done.
