    Is anyone interested in going to Tampa for a Level 1 cert the last weekend in May? I’ve already signed up to go, but would love to have another (or several) CCF member head down there with me…misery loves company sort of thing…should be a good time right?

    Is the Romanian Deadlift safe? seems to put a lot of stress on the lower back and isn’t the whole point of keeping good form in the normal deadlift to avoid stressing the lower back?

    Vic as the same with the normal deadlift as long as you have a solid straight back, the weight will be on your hamstrings. We can work technique when you come in later to make sure the emphasis is on the hamstrings and not the back.
