AWFUL-JUST ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I HATE BURPEES-THAT’S ALL THERE IS TO IT.
Today’s a day where from start to finish you just want it to end….but as always, the great thing when it’s over is that — IT’S OVER and you just did 150 BURPEES!

Okay, I was coming in today, but I think I have some things to do……not sure what they are yet, but will definitely have a list by 3!
By the way, I just read Victor’s comments from yesterday. Victor, I will go for that WOD and go for time on the Girl Scout Cookies….I think I might could take you!!!! I LOVE THIN MINTS and Tag-a-longs. LOVE THEM!!!!!!! We won’t invite Paul though b/c he would just show us out…he is such the cookie monster!

To resond to Spigners comment… I would rather catch crabs than ever do that WOD again. 9:17 is f ing impressive. I was 15+ and almost pooped myself.

14:30 for me at home. Only managed to kick one of my kids but he manned up and didn’t cry – and imitated me while I stretched afterwards. Good stuff.

so i faced my nemesis,gravity, i mean burpee’s. did 20min and some change. I watched Jim do a 7:07…he was asked at one point are you resting? no, I’m finished he says. Nice Job 3pm class. and nice Job Jim!

Oh wow do I hate burpees. So glad that it’s over though and I actually finished and had my first sweat angel!!! I really don’t ever want to do that again!!!!!
